• 2 to 5 clear photos of your pet (good lighting and multiple angles are ideal)

• Your pet’s name

• Your preferred background color

• Your Order Number

💌 Photo Approval:
If you're unsure about your photos, feel free to email them before ordering for approval. If you're confident they’re great, go ahead and send them after checkout!

🔁 Refund Policy:

• If your submitted photos are unusable, you’ll receive a 90% refund.

• If your photos are approved but you change your mind, a 50% refund will be issued.

• Once I begin painting, no further refunds can be given—but rest assured, I will work with care and intention until you’re happy with your piece!

• Please allow 2-4 weeks from start to finish, before holidays allow up too 6 weeks in advance
